We called Cimex K9 in a panic because we found a bug on our bedding. They were extremely comforting and knowledgeable on the phone. They asked me to send a close-up photo of the bug, confirmed it was not a bed bug and didn't charge me anything. They also gave me some great advice at no charge. Writing this review is the least that I can do for them.

On time and came to my home the same day I called for service. The dogs confirmed we had an infestation in one bed room and found more evidence in a second bedroom. They were very helpful and answered many questions about bed bugs. Excellent experience.
