I would not recommend this business to any one. I had the worst experiece when trying to discuss the terrible wash I recieved for one of my vehicles. When I showed the older gentelmen that my car was still dirty, he started screaming at me and even told me if I didn't stop holding up the line to the polishing boys he would call the cops. All I wanted him to do was return my money for my wash and be on my way. He clearly could see, one whole side around and under my doors had not even got wet or cleaned. I've never seem such horrible customer service. The kids who prescrub the cars down so sloppy work and the polishing they do at the end is worse than sloppy. My mirrors are never dry and my winshileld is always streaked from the dirty towels they use and reuse over 100's of cars. I will go back to the small owners car washes and/or wash it by hand myself. I would never pay 9 or 10.00 for these rude, thoughtless employees to treat me, the customer, with so little to no respect. I will tell everyone I know how this man acted and never promote this business. Warning....go at your own risk, if your in a hurry or really don't care how clean your vehice gets.
