The repair to my product was substandard and I assumed new parts were being installed until I was told it would be a used part. I originally dropped my laptop (apple Macbook) off to have a new keyboard installed. After the installation of my new keyboard the optical drive was damaged and the disc would not come out of the drive. They told me that there was no way that this could have happened at there shop and that it was not there problem. I decided to agree with them and let them install a new optical drive. Turned out to be a used one but they assured me that there would be no issues with a used drive. The cost of this was 117 dollars.This was after I gave them 231 dollars for the original repair. When I picked up my computer I was in a hurry and did not check to see if it worked properly. I assumed that if there was a problem they would take care of it. When I got home later I found out that the disc would still not eject, when I called back and talked with the shop manager, she told me that I should have checked it before I left and that if I wanted to get it fixed I should go to the apple store. I am sorry I dealt with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
