Working with Jet started off great, they where friendly and attentive and had an extremely positive outlook on how they thought they would be able to help us with increasing the effectiveness of our Google ads. As time went on and there strategy fell short, that went out the window. Our incoming call volume and web traffic fell near 50% and we lost many tens of thousands of dollars in business and ad costs in a short time. Jet's answer was to throw out the limitations on keywords we agreed upon initially to try to increase click volume and ad spend, without discussing this with us. We knew although these keywords would increase volume of clicks, they would not bring in leads that would lead to an increase in business. We had been working on google ads for years previously and had already proven this as fact. This created an even greater increase in cost of ad spend and a continued decrease lead volume and revenue, as we discussed with them in detail that it would in our initial meetings. This would have continued had we not dug into the ads ourselves and found out what was going on. Jet's answer was basically, oops sorry. They then wanted to continue to use the ads that where not working and add on other services they could provide, at a cost, to make up the difference. Just get back to what we where originally doing in house with little effort or cost. Unfortunately it was a very costly mistake for us to hire Jet. To this point they have refused to give any refund for any part of the services they charged for. Although I do not believe Jet's team had any ill intentions in this process. They definitely did not live up to the expectations they relayed to us, regarding there services or what they would be able to do for our ad campaigns. I do not recommend Jet's services.
