I received care from a traditional "crack, pop & thrust" chiropractor in NYC for 10 years. When I moved back to HB, I needed a new chiropractor, and my family raved about Dr. Cathy. Initially, I was skeptical of Dr. Cathy's holistic approach to spinal realignment, but she did not disappoint. It amazes me how well she can alleviate my pain with gentle thumb pressure at exactly the right spots. She also helped me determine that my body was low on certain vitamins, hooked me up with supplements, and advised me on how changes to my eating habits could help me with my chronic back pain. Highly recommend! :)
