If you like being in an apartment that leaks and has mold growing in it then this is the place to rent.I KNOW OF AT LEAST 3 APT IN THIS PLACE BEEN LEAKING FOR OVER A YEAR AND THE MANAGER JOHN ALWAYS GIVES YOU HIS FAMOUS LINE.. I WILL PUT U ON THE WAITING LIST & wait till it rains again and I will come see where its coming in at ....guess who never show up..yes JOHN
