Just awful. They cancelled a very important ride to a doctor and didn't bother to communicative with ModiveCare (Medicaid Transportation Company that assigns rides to various providers) that that they were unable to furnish my ride. Listed phone number for 2 Advanced is useless, no one answers even after repeated calls. I am requesting ModiveCare remove them from the list of providers that I use for multiple medical ride services. I suggest anyone reading this does the same.
