Very poor business skills. I needed hay delivered and put in my barn. Because on an 82 bale stack of hay you have to take off a few layers to fit it under my over hang he refuses to accommodate that when he's very capable of doing it because he's done it for me already. That is just pure laziness and very poor customer service especially when I'm a returning customer. I've spent thousands of dollars with him already. He apparently doesn't care about his customers. I've expressed to him that it would mean a great deal for me to do it as i cannot move a whole stack of hay in my barn by myself. He didn't care. Man what has this world come to, this seems really minor especially when your making over 1k on one person's order, and they keep coming back. I'll take my business elsewhere where my business is appreciated.
