Hired them at the end of last summer in August. Agreed to $75/month for just mowing my front lawn. (They also make up their own prices btw) Dont expect receipts/bills ever, called multiples times, and then they lie about having a “girl in the office” when they don’t even have one. So anyway I paid upfront for the remainder of the season in cash (unfortunately) to his “brother” and that was that. Winter came and gone and now it’s time to get my lawn cared for again! Or so I thought. 3/28/20 I see their truck outside and they were doing my neighbor across the streets lawn. I went out to confirm we would like to continue again this year and how much is it. George then proceeds to tell me its $75 a month but we OWE HIM FROM LAST YEAR?! Claims he knocks on the door (I’m a stay at home mom lol) and even if I wasn’t home you don’t leave a bill?! So Now he wants $150?! Literally impossible but my mother was so aggravated at this point she paid him WITH A CHECK THIS TIME. Now mind you that was 3/28, next week rolls around and they don’t even show up. My mom ended up unexpectedly passing away on 4/15/20. Which I informed them about on the phone for billing purposes. You’d think they’d have a little sympathy? HAH! The following week I noticed they did my neighbors lawn but not mine. I called George he told me they seeded the grass, it’s supposed to rain we will be there Saturday. It was now Saturday 5/2/20 I Noticed that another neighbor must’ve hired them as well this year. Mind you both of my neighbors have need their front and backyards done (I have fake grass in the back). So I go outside to confirm they will do my lawn and he has the nerve to tell me NO!!! We don’t have time or enough guys to work. Mind you there were 10 guys out there! And I hired them before my other neighbor did!! I was fuming! DO NOT HIRE THEM, UNPROFESSIONAL, NO BILLS, MADE UP PRICING, AND ARE NO SHOWS.
