We bought a home from Dubois builders (Riata construction) in January of 2016. 3 full years later I'm extremely dissatisfied with our house. Plumbing, especially the water heater hook ups have been bad, paint runs are everywhere, rain gutter leaks, unfinished carpentry on my cabinets to the point you could see wall studs. The cheap dishwasher leasks, the AC water drain line was installed running uphilll, how a drain drains running uphill I don't know... well except into your carpeted floor! A lot of things overlooked on my part with the anxiousness of seeing and getting into a new home. I wished I would have looked closer. I would never consider this builder for a project.
