An absolute unprofessional company. During the appraisal there was minimum work done, no questions allowed, in-and-out of the house in under 2 min, and then a low-ball figure even when comps in the same building were provided and would (with simple math) show a higher number. Compared to other appraisers we worked with, this is hands-down the worst. If your house or business is appraised by this shoddy operation, try to ask for another appraiser.
