Karen Gaffney is the best agent I've ever had. She calls me every year at renewal time and invites me to come in and review my policy's. Even if I can't come in she e-mails me updates and other quotes from different companies. She just saved me six hundred dollars a year on one of my houses. If you want a professional agent that is honest and knowledgable call Karen. She also makes the best carrot cake I've ever tasted.
