Stay far away. Run!!!! Don't be fooled by the cheap price. If you don't pay now, you will pay later. I've worked with Leo on several projects and the latest project was the worst. I paid him several thousand dollars to renovate a property. After three months, I had to get an attorney involved when he stoped responding to my request for receipts. I asked for proof of license and insurance and he denied my request. After month five, I fired him. Mind you, he promised to complete this project in two months. I originally went with him because his price was so much better than everybody else. My overall experience with him was the worst experience of my life. I had to undo and correct several things that he did wrong in my property. It was the typical horror story of using the wrong person for a job. He never even responded to my attorney request. My next step is taking him to court to recoup my losses. If you're thinking of using him for roofing or construction, stay far away. His prices are cheap for a reason. Leo Gordan and his team of workers are unprofessional, amateur at best, and they lack integrity. You need to be scared of any company that does not have a website where people can leave past reviews of their experience.
