James can't be trusted. He'll tell you he's qualified to do a job, but he'll make every excuse. Do not pay him any money. I made the mistake. I gave him half because he said he had to return rented equipment. He said he already cut the trim and he just needs to return the saw and buy more nails. What really happened is that didn't make the right cuts to make a 45 degree angle on the moulding. He left and didn't come back. He forgot his ladder. So now I have a new ladder. Thanks James! He was afraid to tell me he screwed up and instead of owning up to his mistake he scammed me out of my money and left me with worthless trim that is going to have to be replaced. I'm down $290 for the trim and $150 that he scammed me into paying him. I gave him every opportunity to return the $150 for the ladder. He's now ignoring my texts. Do not do business with James or his fake company.
