Working with Premier Homes on fixing our brand new house has been a nightmare. It has been 3 months and we have been lied to over and over. First, our back yard was supposed to be regraded by mid April, its now almost June and we cannot use it and they tell us the weather has held them back yet they have built two new houses and started a 3rd but can't grade our back yard. We had an HVAC vent under our dishwasher which they knew about before finishing the house yet put our dishwasher over it thinking we would notice, so they had to come cut out our ceiling in the finished basement to move it and now have a patched ceiling in a brand new house because of their error. We were supposed to have a tree replaced and was included in our closing documents, 3 months later still no tree. None of the bathroom vents were actually ducted out of the house and just were going into the insulation are joint space with is not even passing code. Still trying to get this fixed correctly even after they acknowledged this was there error. all of our houses in the neighborhood are having the same issues too. We are not impressed at all. both the owner of the company and his superintendent of our street have both lied to us. We have had to hire an attorney. I would not recommend them at all and will never buy a premier home again
