Booked a cleaning and they did not show up. Called them to find out they were overbooked. Asked for an immediate refund on 11/18/2011 and still waiting (as of 12/5). We have called them several times and each time they promise the refund is being processed. Based on this poor service, I would not recommend them.

Do Not Use Regina's Celaning Service!! This is a Scam!! I booked a cleaning a month in advanced for my house to be cleaned on 12/09/11 and I had to pay up front. The cleaning services never showed up and they didn't even call. When I called them I received no answer and no one ever returned my call. I had to go through my bank for a fraud refund. I tried to give a black owned business some love and this is what happened and yes I am black but never again.
