I placed an order on December 7th, 2019. The Robemart website claimed the order was shipped. I even got an email asking, "what did you think of your order"? Nearly 30 days later the order has not been delivered but my credit card was charged. The USPS tracking number on the order shows the shipment was never received from the Robemart warehouse. Robemart never shipped the order.
I've been calling, leaving voicemail, and emailing Robemart for two weeks. No reply. Robemart is completely unresponsive on every channel. I have no choice but to dispute the charge and present all the evidence to the bank.
If you have a problem with an order (which happens frequently) you are screwed.
I should have paid more attention to the negative opinions about Robemart before I placed an order.
I am leaving this feedback as a warning to those more dilligent than I was: Dont make the same mistake I did. Check out the negative feedback available on Google and consider it carefully before placing an order.
