Clinical Consulting business- assessments and evaluations of patients at home, on hospice, in any facility for personal, legal or business reasons. We can also provide care coordinated with the clients Primary Care Physician. When they can't get out, we can come in. We will assess a person's needs, review medications, complete a full body check for injuries/wounds, we will make written recommendations related to our findings and act as a liason for the person and their primary care physician(s). We can also provide skilled nursing care for the client at home and will coordinate care with their primary care physician. Follow Up Visits, Short Term, Long Term and One Time Visits - In Home or Facilities Chart Reviews for Facilities Chart Reviews/Client Assessments for Other Businesses as needed WE WORK FOR THE CLIENT **Private pay only at this time
