Amazing experience, service, skill, patience, listener, artist..that's just a start to describe Dave. I changed my mind on what I wanted at least a dozen times and Dave would apologize that he had gotten it wrong..NO it was me totally changing my mind &/or adding something. He was ALWAYS available, he called, texted or emailed to verify and re-verify each individual design detail. I am a perfectionist and I found the PERFECT engraver in Dave. He was efficient, determined and successful in adding to our heirloom watch. NEVER use anyone else EVER!
