I rented from Jain Properties. Not only did he rent us a townhouse that was completely filthy and had lots of ceiling damage, leaking faucets, that I replaced andan alarm system that would just go off. When I left, not only did he keep my pet and damage deposit, but he's filed a claim with the court that I owe him over 2000 dollars. When I left, Merry Maids had cleaned the home, top to bottom. Stay away from him and his company, they are not trustworthy.
