I highly advise against using Ruby for ANY Web design. Although I did not sign a contract - she took my $600+ deposit and did not communicate for weeks at a time. I emailed, called, facebooked and texted her repeatedly with very little response. Eventually I got my domain back and created my website myself. I asked for half my money back to be fair and also got no response! Considered going to small claims court - But decided to write some honest reviews instead!
