I rented the toy story bounce house for my twins birthday party. It was dropped off and set up at my house on Friday. They left and it was FILTHY. It was covered in ants and baby spiders. There were crushed up Doritos, candy wrappers, fruit snack wrappers and gunk all over the inside of it. When I called to voice my concern they just told me to sweep it out and that the ants don't bite. It was absolutely disgusting. I called 4 times after that for them to come up either replace it with a different bounce house or give me my money back and no one returned any of my calls or messages. Emailed my concerns and no response. No one returned my phone call until after they had picked it up on Monday and still wasn't able to speak to anyone. I had to clean up what I could and get a shop vac to clean up the mess the people before me left and it still wouldn't take care of them problem. They do not take care of their equipment and do not clean them before dropping them off at the next event. Extremely disappointed in the bounce house I was rented and will never rent from here again. Zero stars if possible!
