I wanted to take a moment to let you know how truly happy we are with our home since your addition. My husband and I had nearly every company in town come out to the house to inspect our old system. We received just as many different diagnosis and offers. None compare to the level of information and honest solutions that you presented. You left no blank spaces in your explanations and took time to answer all of our questions with details and research. You left us with a superb system, at a fair price, and solved all the air-flow problems in our home, without tacking on extra fees to bill, like your competitors. We ended up side-effect to the installation of the filtration system is the decline of my son's allergy ailments. Of course he still has them, and they are affected by changes in spending a lot less on Kleenex and monthly filters now! Thank you so much for your honest, high-quality business.

Our 19 year old Trane unit went out on Saturday morning and before noon CareProTech had a serious man here who advised we needed a new unit. The owner was here by 4.oo pm to talk to us about a new unit and advised they could install one by Monday night. At 2.45 pm Monday the first to arrive was Arqela the ownerï¾s wife who went right to work in pouring rain with temperature dropping, others arrived and by 9:00 pm we had heat. What a crew! They all acted like they were having the time of their lives-like they really enjoyed their work even in the rain and cold. We really appreciate the great job and would highly recommend them-and an American standard unit.
