I am committed to providing high-quality training, products, and personal service. I am a Certified Pilates Instructor, a Member of Pilates Method Alliance, and have taught the Pilates Method of Body Conditioning since 1998. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT). In addition to being a Certified Pilates Instructor, I hold a Bachelors of Science in Dance Education and a Masters of Arts in Dance Movement Therapy.
