Bought a 9MM carbine from here. Shipped later that day and arrived fast!

Ordered a $115 lower parts kit joe bob outfitters folded up the blister pack to make it fit inside a flat rate envelope that was too small. The blister pack opened up and several parts fell out and are missing . I contacted support and they were unconcerned about the issue and told me I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee to return it. So now I have a lower parts kit that came busted open with loose parts crammed into a too small flat rate envelope so they could save some pennies on shipping.
