I am very particular about details on projects that I am investing a lot of money into. Companies in the past have gotten annoyed when I asked them to provide me with all of the information regarding warranties and information. Clay Co was happy to provide specific brand information on everything being installed including clear cut information about the warranties. Luckily I have never had to use one, but it makes me feel good to know exactly what is under warranty and what isn't. I will definitely be working with Clay Co again in the future.
