This is not a recommendation. This is simply to alert anyone that if you come across John Shanks or Todd Arnold they are disrespectful, they lack the professional skills in dealing with customers and do not communicate effectively if at all especially when there is a problem or issue. My experience has been extremely less than stellar. The job is not finished, I have siding coming off of my house due to wind and storms and no clear response on when it will be fixed, let alone if it will be fixed. The work was shoddy and the workers were disrespectful of my property leaving it in a complete and utter mess. My recommendation is to run away as fast as you can if you see either one of these names with this company or any other.
