My daughter has been going to Girl Fight for about a year now. Its been amazing to see her come out of her shell. Her training has not only helped her lose weight, but it has also boosted her self-confidence, as well. She has made alot of new friends that share her new fitness lifestyle and she has even inspired her younger sibiling to work-out.
