I do not recommend Alan Smiley for your home construction needs. My roof is already leaking less than three years after he replaced it. He also broke several of my storm windows when replacing the roof over my bay windows and made no effort to make amends, but simply left them for me to deal with (didnt even put the non broken ones back up). As a first time homeowner, I kind of expect to get taken for a ride by crooked characters, but this guy really takes the cake. I'm furious and so disappointed in his shoddy workmanship.
