DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I bought a condominium in Connecticut 6 years ago and this people happened to be the management company already. I always sent the association fees via mail because they live in the stone age and had no way of setting an auto-pay, pay with card or anything like that. Only check, money order or cash. I used money orders from the USPS because it was simpler (I had to send the check via mail anyway) and the money was withdrawn from my account immediately, which helped me plan my expenses better. Long story short, they claimed they hadn't received around 10 payments (long after the fact and without ever calling me during those months. Luck would have it that I couldn't find around 9 of those money order slips (as I wasn't as organized as I am now. You live and you learn) and they came for me with lawyers, and made me pay all kinds of late fees, and interests FOR MONEY THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID! I went to their "office" to try to straighten things and it wasn't even an office. It was a house! (Long after Covid had us all working from home). I ended up paying all that money again AND THEN SOME! Now I've made sure to keep ALL my check copies (since they are so incompetent that they don't even provide any kind of receipts. Now today they had one of my vehicles towed from the visitor parking (it's a big truck and I would not leave it in front of the condo out of consideration for my neighbors since it makes it hard for them to get in and out of their respective condos) andy neighbors were all ok with that. They claim they have no favorites and pne of their employees (Crystal) even gave me a lecture on how we are all the same, but they allow the grounds keeper to have 3 cars (max. is 2 and he spray painted the "no parking zone" in black) and the corner neighbors are allowed to use the "common grounds" for recreational purposes (having picnic tables and BBQ in said areas) but the grounds keeper (who's grandchildren play around the grounds) is always telling all other accompanied children that they can't play outside. They allow him to do whatever he wants. This Crystal person claims she called me to let me know my truck would be towed but she conveniently "had the wrong number in her file". Not an old number. She just changed one digit and claimed it was a mistake (if she even really called). I've just about had it with this so called management company. All they do is take your hard earned money and play favorites. Never in my life have I have had to deal with such incompetent and unprofessional people. Avoid a nightmare. Take your business elsewhere!
