Avoid this place at all costs. The owner and the manager , both have serious mental issues. You sign your lease, and during that time frame, they try to add and change the rules,(which is against the law) . Make sure you put up the right color of drapes, make sure you plant the flowers that the manager likes. In fact, make sure all decorations are what the manager likes or she will tell you to take down. The manager shows a great deal of discrimination among the tenants. You can't put a container on the porch or patio BUT other people can put the large 55 gal. storage containers on theirs and NOTHING is said to them. And the fitness center is a joke. Owner won't even put a treadmill in , there is bike, WHOOPEE !!! When these apartments first opened, it was a very,very nice place to live, we had a manager that was professional , let you live your life, and it felt like home. Now, however, with the current manager, it just is NOT home, she has her nose in all of your business, tries to tell you what you can do and not do. NO other apartment complexes , and certainly NOT the one I live in now , is run by incompetent , unprofessional people like this complex ! ! ! There are not that many apartments in this complex, and I personally have talked to about 8 or 9 people that are very,very unhappy living there. BUT, the manager and owner know that those people can't afford to move so they control the tenants. This place is controlled by the government , which of course is never a good
