20 years we've been using Claremont Associates this year was the worst ever. Understandably it's a Covid year yet when our taxes were prepared they didn't go over the filing with us and if they had they would've discovered they made an error now we have to suffer the consequences of not receiving our tax refund for months to come. I for one will never use the service again it has changed dramatically since the death of Dennis the owner. Their service is terrible their attitude is awful and they took it vantage of us by taking are $180 promising that they would file our taxes properly and they failed to do so please be where and don't use them because they are not the same as they used to be they suck
