Customer Concerns
The worst part about my experience is the nail tech wrote in a $5 tip on my credit card slip AFTER I signed it and left the salon. If I wanted to leave a tip I would have done so, but the service was poor and my nail polished chipped within the SAME week I got my mani/pedi. You should be ashamed STEALING money from customers. Do not alter credit card slips or write in your own tips that is STEALING.
