Commercial kitchen energy efficiency solutions for: restaurants, resorts and hotels, hospitals, schools, supermarkets, and correctional facilities. CKE Solutions consults owners and operators of commercial kitchens how to save energy and costs. Our primary product is a Demand Ventilation Control system that eliminates kitchen hoods from operating at 100% all day long. This smart system automatically modulates exhaust fan and make-up air up and down, based upon the amounts of heat and smoke it detects by using optic and thermal sensing technology. The system saves $1,500 - $3,000 per hood, per year, on average and payback is typically 2-4 years in most applications.
