The Culinary programs have four commercial kitchens equipped for quantity cooking, baking and food preparation, and are linked to a 70-seat dining room. Theory and lecture components are taught in well-lit, comfortable classrooms. Hotel and Restaurant Management students spend a portion of their time in a computer lab setting using the Fidelio-Opera, an industry property management software.
