Watch out for this place.. Did a physical here for a driver and was told they'd send it in to the DMV but come to find out they never did. My driver was detained for hours while they ran his info only to find out the office never registered his physical at all. He's now shut down in Missouri and unable to make money because they're so impossible to deal with. We've been trying to get them to re-issue the physical on the correct form (they issued it on a standard Texas form even though he presented his California license) so we can file it ourselves but they've been running us around for days now. Driver is shut down until we get the correct form. They told him he'd have to come in to get another physical. Doesn't work like that when you're over the road. He's shut down in Missouri. The Missouri Concentra told us they would have just issued another physical on the correct form. No big deal to them.. I can't figure out why the people working in Texas are so lazy and difficult. I'd recommend to any driver to avoid this place like the plague. It's difficult enough for us out there without jokers like this place creating additional hardship.
