The owner didn't submit my correct last name or social security number despite the fact that it was on nearly every document that we submitted. She then proceeded to blame my husband (because apparently he doesn't know my last name and can't read from my W-2s) for the errors. She tried to hang up on me, would not acknowledge her error and blamed it on us. We will be finding someone to take another look at our taxes for this year and will never call her again.
