The customer service at MedEquip Depot is second-to-none. The representatives helped me ensure I ordered the proper product, and put me in touch with the manufacturer of the product so I could be certain. Then once I placed my order, Lily was phenomenal in making sure I knew when it would be delivered, and following up to ensure I had received exactly what I needed.
