I recently had a computer problem that caused my whole system to become extremely unstable – barely able to navigate, open programs, close programs, shut down, etc. and was beyond SLOW! None of my previous resources were available so I had to go to the Yellow Pages and find help 'cold turkey'. I chose TECH2U simply because they had an A+ BBB rating and upon calling, I found their prices, both hourly and flat, to be reasonable. Still I was apprehensive. Can't speak for all their technicians but I found the one they sent to be courteous & friendly (answering all my questions), extremely professional, and thorough. Nathan (25 yrs experience) was not willing to do a quick fix without checking that everything was working afterwards. As it turned out, the fix took longer than I expected as it had to be taken to the shop but I appreciate his thoroughness. In fact, I would have been very upset, had he left me with a partially functioning computer. The BBB rating gave me added confidence in my choice and I am very satisfied with the work that was done. An added plus is that they offer remote assistance.
