After I called Directv I was told I could not be installed for a week, I was referred by a friend to Shepherd Installations and they had me installed the next day with no extra cost.

If you want customer service, Larry is the guy to go to. I needed a site survey before I signed up for Directtv due to trees, Directtv.com and Best buy told me they wouldn't so it. They said I would have to sign up first, Larry came by the house and we went over everything first. That is why he got the sale and the install. Larry installed my Directtv in a couple of days and did a great job!! Way to go Larry.
