I was very skeptical of any home care agency and put it off as long as I could. My Doctor said I needed some supervision. My daughter got online and questioned others we know that have home care and she though we should try 1st in ProActive Care. The owner and a nurse came out t to talk to me and see what I needed which is only a few hours in the evening to prepare dinner and supervise and assist my bathing.. The next day, she had someone out and I have had this caregiver most of the time, but when a substitute comes in, they know my needs. I really like the care I receive and the company and conversation is a plus. I am having my daughter write this this for me as I have arthritis and it is difficult for me to type. I just felt led to say something about how much these caregivers and the owners of 1st in ProActive Care. They are a great asset to me.
