The first problem is that they rarely answer the phone or return phone calls when messages are left. I scheduled as soon as I bought the Living Social vouchers in 12/2012 for the first available weekend they had which was 2/9/13 at 4 pm. This was also the time that they started explaining how understaffed they were to handle all the business they were getting.Though they have rooms for up to five clients at one time, they only have enough people to serve up to two clients at a time. We arrived 20 minutes early for our appointment and they started putting there coats on when they saw us coming into the building. They told us they got a message that we cancelled our appointment and they were closing early. They would not reschedule us while we were there, they told us they were booked until June 2013 and would call me on Monday 2/11/13 and work out fitting us in on 2/16/13 by rescheduling some other people. They again mentioned that they do not have enough staff to accommodate us much more than that. To this day, they have not called me back. I emailed them 2/11/13 and called and left a voice mail 2/13/13 to follow up. This is horrible service, they should not be allowed to have people prepay for a service that they can not complete before the expiration date. They cancelled our appointment and have no intention on honoring it. We drove from 30 minutes away for our appointment that day. I would never recommend anyone to deal with them. RIP OFF!
