My mother passed away and found changes on her account from this company. I was trying to figure out how come sxhe need money to pay her bills and for food. I called them to tell them off her death and Jr. said he would call me back after he got her paper work to gether he never called me back but he did clean out my mothers account. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Don't fall for this company's scheme. They contact senior citizens telling them that their doctor signed them up for their medical alert system (which doctors can't sign patients up for anything, just recommend). Then proceed to tell them that they will get the unit and monitoring for free; they only have to pay $2.99 for shipping. These seniors later find out their account has been charge $299!!! And they don't receive a unit either!!!
