We offer groundbreaking ideas and innovative services that are tailored to tribes and tribal enterprises in a myriad of different industries. A-LEE is committed to serving as an example of how consultants should serve the needs of Tribes and Native Nations rather than being driven solely by self-interests. Our focus is to provide A-LEE clients with experts who have the ability to develop innovative business and economic development solutions for each unique and individual tribe, including, but not limited to cost savings, business development, sustainable growth, operational streamlining and/or alternative options. While we work primarily on the major challenge (economic development), our experts keep other needs in mind (job creation, professional development, cultural preservation and independence). This entails projects that are not only proven to succeed, but sustainable and aimed at becoming 100% tribally-owned entities.
