Struggling alone with anger, grief, anxiety or depression can be challenging and distressing. As a licensed counselor and as an Anger Management Specialist, I will partner with you and together we will develop a plan to make the changes for a more enjoyable life. I counsel individuals, couples or groups and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Anger assessments are also available that fulfill legal or employment requirements.
