I had a terrific experience working with Rose. She listened to all of my needs and I especially appreciated how well we were able to collaborate as I made changes. This was my first rodeo working with a seamstress to create one of my designs and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I will say- make sure you have your garment "sew ready" meaning it needs no additional changes as each change you make is extra... But I say that with no complaints. It's just something to be aware of that I learned along the way. But yes, I greatly enjoyed working with Rose and will be doing more designs with her in the future. Melissa C.

DO NOT USE: There is a good reason their BBB rating: D-. They cannot sew, do not honor their contract provisions, they still have not provided me with a pattern that I have already paid for and refuse to refund the price of the pattern, and they used the incorrect pattern for my production, not the fit sample I approved. They refused to offer any remedy, other than to say that I could pay them more money if I wanted changes. PayPal does not offer any dispute resolution, since they are a service/custom product provider. Don't use this company, unless you want to go to court. - Work was extremely sloppy: uneven stitches, wrong tension, crooked sewing, and lack of familiarity with different stitches. - I paid for a pattern for a panty from this company. They have refused to either provide the pattern or issue a refund unless I pay for a technical flat they did without my authorization. - Production contract stated that if they were not able to provide an acceptable fit sample I would not have them begin production, and they would have to refund my deposit. After three terrible fit samples I told them it would be a waste of time to continue.They refused to honor the contract and return my deposit. - When the production order finally arrived, I discovered they had used the incorrect pattern, not the fit sample I approved. Again, no acknowledgement of the error, no offer to remedy. They said if I wanted it fixed I could pay them more money.
