Recommendation: don't use this business. I wanted to provide the warning that I was unable to find online before I used Sunshine Landscaping. I had about nine 10-foot trees installed in my yard, and they all failed to survive being replanted. This was frustrating after being told the trees were hardier than normal, even though they appeared frail. After multiple calls, emails, and texts, I was finally told that plants don't replant well in the summer and I was SOL. Just today I sent off my second summons to Sunshine Landscaping's owner, Kerry S. Aaron. The "company" has/had a few websites, none that are up, and you can find multiple addresses online, as well as their DBA in North Carolina. Most of those listed are not correct, and if you are suing him, like I am, it may take multiple tries to find out just where this fly-by-night company is located. Consumer protection laws prevent people from operating like this, but it is difficult enough when you cannot locate the company. Avoid at all costs! Or else you will be stuck with a bunch of sickly plants and trees that will quickly die in your yard, and a dishonest company that will do nothing about it.
