INDOOR AIR SOLUTIONS IS A FIRST CLASS COMPANY. FROM THE TIME I SPOKE TO JEREMY- THE OENER, TO THE TIME THEY CAME TO MY THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT THE SERVICE ENTAILED AND WHAT I SHOULD EXPECT TO SEE WHEN THEY ARE DONE SUCH AS LESS DUST AND VISIBLE DIRT ON THE GRILLS..

Jeremy (owner) and his crew are true professionals when it comes to HVAC Air Duct Cleaning and Dryer Duct Cleaning. I have had the service done in the past apx. 3 years ago by another local company and honestly they did a good job cleaning the ducts and I mean they just cleaned the ducts. I wanted to have them cleaned again so I was calling around price shopping. Indoor Air Solutions was the 3rd company I had called to get a quote and I had asked how much it was for the service expecting a price. Jeremy then asked me a few questions such as, what prompted me to want to have the service done? whether visual dust, allergies or asthma etc., How old was the home? Where was the HVAC unit located, just to name a few, so that he can give me a fair quote based on my home and my needs. He then explained to me that Ducts make up 30% of The Air ventilation system, the remainder consists of the HVAC itself, Blower Fan, return air and supply air grills, Furnace, Plenum boxes, kitchen and bathroom exhaust fans and even ceiling fans. All are components of the Entire Air Ventilation System. To merely clean the ducts is a waste of money because when the HVAC comes on again all the other contaminated components are going to blow contaminated air threw the ducts and into your home. I can truly see and feel the difference there service provides, Competitive pricing also, jeremy was up-front no-games or Bait and Switch.. Highly recommend and I will see them again in 3 years
