Fraudulent Company. They do not have the experience or the services they claim on their website. They will con you in to thinking they offer services in house and then send your work out of office to a business down the street while charging u a premium for the work ontop of what they paid. Ask for Sam Comer,as he calls himself's credentials. There is no trace of a Sam Comber in Cleveland. He claims to own ramdr.com but the buisness is listed as being owned by a David C and Marketed by David D. These people don't exist. This computer repair is a scam! They have no employees and are not bonded or insured.
