This is the worst management company. We are so eager to get out of this community because it is in disrepair. When I send customer service an email, they send it to the HOA president who in turn tells me to clean up the trash when I see it. For $160 a month, I refuse to pick up someone else's trash. The grass is overgrown regardless of the water shortage--it's still overgrown, ants bite my feet, they allow people to swim with clothes in the pool and do nothing about it. I was talking to the Monarch employee and she witnessed this and did nothing. You have got to be kidding. The grass is overgrown, trash is all over, bouganvillas are overgrown, and they allow for the HOA president to give the gate code to anyone. Monarch takes their check and the home owners suffer. I have got TO GET OUT OF HERE! Do not join an HOA with Monarch at the helm--you will regret it!
